Ahead of their upcoming 4K Ultra HD releases of Lucio Fulci's gut-munching classic Zombie and William Lustig's infamous Maniac, both set to arrive on May 26th, Blue Underground has revealed two more Fulci titles that are making the jump to 4K for the very first time!
After being released as 3-disc limited edition Blu-rays a few months back, The New York Ripper and The House by the Cemetery will be bringing buckets of blood and guts to 4K Ultra HD on August 25th.
Blue Underground has yet to reveal any further details, but they have shared the cover artwork for both releases.
In The New York Ripper, "A blade-wielding psychopath is on the loose, turning The Big Apple bright red with the blood of beautiful young women. As NYPD detective Fred Williams (Jack Hedley of For Your Eyes Only) follows the trail of butchery from the decks of the Staten Island Ferry to the sex shows of Times Square, each brutal murder becomes a sadistic taunt. In The House by the Cemetery, "A young family moves from their cramped New York City apartment to a spacious new home in New England.
