Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announced today that both the unrated and theatrical versions of Jeff Wadlow's Fantasy Island will be headed to digital on April 14th, followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on May 12th.
In addition to the unrated version of the film, the press release reveals that the home video releases will also feature deleted scenes and a commentary track by director Jeff Wadlow and members of the cast.
In Fantasy Island, "The Enigmatic Mr. Roarke (played by Michael Peña) makes the secret dreams of his lucky guests come true at a luxurious but remote tropical resort. But when the fantasies turn into nightmares, the guests have to solve the island’s mystery in order to escape with their lives."
The film is written by Wadlow, Chris Roach and Jillian Jacobs and is produced by Jason Blum, Marc Toberoff and Wadlow.
Fantasy Island also stars Maggie Q, Lucy Hale, Austin Stowell, Portia Doubleday, Jimmy O. Yang, Ryan Hansen and Michael Rooker.
