Broke Horror Fan Bringing 'Holliston: The Christmas Special' to VHS This December

In the great tradition of holiday specials on VHS, Broke Horror Fan will present Holliston: The Christmas Special on the undying media format just in time for the December holidays!

The company states, "Our first release on tape ever was Adam Green's Victor Crowley, so it has been wonderful to partner with Adam and the team at Ariescope Pictures on this very special holiday treat for your VCRs."

Holliston: The Christmas Special will be available in the Witter Entertainment shop on December 4th at 12PM EST/9AM PST!

The original "Holliston" TV series ran on FearNet for two seasons and can be seen again in its entirety on Shudder. Starring writer-director Adam Green (Hatchet), Joe Lynch (Mayhem), Corri English (Unrest), Laura Ortiz (Victor Crowley), Dee Snyder (Strangeland), and the very missed Dave Brockie (Gwar).

In the holiday episode, "When the gang finds themselves trapped in the apartment without power during a Christmas Eve blizzard, their night of reminiscing brings on an eventful turn for Adam and Corri’s complicated relationship. Meanwhile, a deranged serial killer known as the Christine Cringle Tingler has escaped from a nearby prison and is on the loose in the small town of Holliston."

A total of 150 units were created featuring all new artwork by Vasilis Zikos (previous Mandy VHS release), with a limited number on red tape shells. Adam Green will have signed editions available in the Ariescope shop while supplies last.

Exclusive extras include a brand new letter from Adam himself, the Holliston Halloween short, and the episode featuring cast/crew commentary.Officially licensed from RLJE Films, and presented in 4:3 full frame for your VHS viewing pleasure.

Witter also notes, "While we will ship out holiday orders ASAP following release, we cannot guarantee they'll arrive before 12/25. First Class and Priority Mail orders would be the safest bet if that's very important to you."
