'DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods - Part Two' Is Out Now, Promising A Punishing, Hellish New Challenge

Could it be… The Dark Lord?

The conclusion of the saga which began in the 2016 reboot of the most infamous FPS game of all-time, DOOM, has arrived, as DOOM: Eternal now has its second expansion for all to experience. “The Ancient Gods: Part Two” sees the Doom Slayer’s story wrap up, as he fights the armies of Hell itself, with the final battle being against the Devil himself. Players will wield a hefty sledgehammer known as the Hellbreaker as they rip and tear (and smash) their way through the legions of the damned.

For the uninitiated, check out our own STEPHEN29’s review of Part One of “The Ancient Gods,” which released last October. Be on the lookout for his review of Part Two coming sooner than you think.

While this wraps up the two-title arc, this isn’t the end of new content for DOOM: Eternal. In a video message, developers id Software confirmed that there will be new updates coming later this year. Watch the message below:
