Dr. Martens Teams with Warner Bros. for 'Lost Boys', 'Beetlejuice' and 'The Goonies' Footwear

For their latest collaboration, Dr. Martens have teamed with Warner Bros. for a footwear collection that celebrates some of the biggest and most beloved films of the 80s, including Richard Donner's 1985 adventure comedy The Goonies, Joel Schumacher's 1987 vampire classic The Lost Boys and Tim Burton's 1988 horror comedy Beetlejuice.

You'll find more details on the collaboration and boot designs below.

Dr. Martens announced, "For over six decades, our boots have been adopted and re-shaped by rebels — the strange and unusual who refuse to be ignored. Self-expression that defies expectation — from the pavement to the stage. To the screen."

"DM’s x Warner Bros. Studio Collection celebrates three unlikely hits of 80s cinema. Cult classics that owe their status to the rebels who adopted them. A tribute to the iconic music, cinematography and costumes that have influenced generation after generation."

"The Goonies is a 1987 cult classic about a gang of misfits with an unbridled imagination. A chaotic mix of pirates, mobsters and treasure — laced up with a striking visual style. Our new Goonies 1460 is made from smooth leather debossed with a skull pattern inspired by the film."

"The boots are finished with a treasure map print sock liner, 'NEVER SAY DIE!' printed backstraps and a skull lace jewel charm. Unmistakably DM’s with our signature yellow stitch, Goodyear welt and scripted heel loop."

"A 1987 black comedy horror with a rock-infused soundtrack and a leather-clad style — the legacy of The Lost Boys is undeniable. With a shared foundation of music and attitude, The Lost Boys is the perfect 80s cult film to celebrate with a new version of our 1461 shoe. Built from croc-embossed leather and adorned with vampire teeth lace charms and hardware."

"It’s printed with 'LOST BOYS' on the sole pads and vamps, with digital printed linings. Held together with our classic yellow welt stitching and finished with unmistakable DM’s heel loop."

"Directed by Tim Burton, 1988’s Beetlejuice ripped a hole in the cinema screen and stormed into the minds and wardrobes of generations of rebels. Strange and unusual — and impossible to ignore."

"This new version of our 1461 shoe is fitted with enamel lace jewels of Beetlejuice and Lydia Deetz and is decked out with a Betelgeuse snake print."
