Edgar Wright's New Horror Movie 'Last Night in Soho' Now Set for April 2021 Theatrical Release

Last Night in Soho Edgar Wright April 2021

After being pulled from its September 2020 release earlier this month, Edgar Wright himself now lets us know that his upcoming psychological horror film Last Night in Soho has received an April 2021 theatrical release.

Focus Features will release Last Night in Soho on April 23rd, 2021.

The Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) and Thomasin McKenzie (Leave No Trace) starring film is set in London’s Soho district during the Swinging Sixties, and somehow deals with time travel and body swapping, but not much more is known about the film's plot.

"Not to say much about the movie, but when I watch bits of it back in ADR or whatever I am disturbed," Taylor-Joy said in an interview with MTV earlier this year. "It’s very claustrophobic. The colors are so intense. It’s a really well-directed acid trip. I think people will really like it. You definitely will not be bored."

Matt Smith ("Doctor Who"), Diana Rigg and Terence Stamp aslo star.

Wright co-wrote the film's script with Krysty Wilson-Cairns ("Penny Dreadful").

Check out a new shot from the film below.
