Just when you thought it was safe to stay home...
Coming later this year from ITN Distribution, director Jose Montesinos's (Frenzy) From the Depths will present a very different take on the shark attack subgenre, focusing on the psychological trauma that follows the encounter.
"After surviving a shark attack a young woman is plagued by nightmares of being stalked in the dark sea by a ravenous predator, and hallucinations of visits from her sister and boyfriend, both who were killed in the attack."
"Imagine if the producers of Sharknado hired David Lynch to make a shark thriller in 7 days with 30k," the official press release describes.
Angelica Briones, Terra Strong, Marissa Godinez, Taylor Jorgensen and Liz Fenning star.
