André De Toth's House of Wax was the most successful 3D movie of the 1950s and the first produced by a major Hollywood studio, and the Vincent Price-starring classic is headed to Blu-ray 3D next month as a part of the Warner Archive Collection!
This isn't the first time House of Wax has been released on Blu-ray 3D, as it debuted on the format back in 2013, but that release has since gone out of print and carries a pretty hefty price tag online.
The 1953 masterpiece is a remake of the 1933 film The Mystery Of The Wax (which is included in this release as a special feature!) and features Price is at his terrifying best as he takes murderous vengeance on those who've wronged him.
The film follows a disfigured sculptor (Price) who repopulates his destroyed wax museum by murdering people and using their wax-coated corpses as displays.
House of Wax also stars Frank Lovejoy,,Phyllis Kirk,,Carolyn Jones and,Paul Picerni.
Pre-orders are available now with a planned June 23rd, 2020 release.
