Dave Franco makes his feature-length directorial debut with the horror film The Rental, which IFC will be bringing to select drive-in theaters across the country and On Demand services on July 24th, 2020.
Ahead of the film's summer release, IFC has unveiled new clip and poster art. Check both out below.
In the film, "Two couples looking to celebrate their seed money from a new business venture, embark on a weekend getaway to a seemingly perfect house they’ve booked online. But what begins as a festive weekend for the four close friends turns into something far more sinister as secrets they’ve kept from each other are exposed and paranoia grows that they may not be alone.
The Rental stars Alison Brie ("GLOW"), Dan Stevens (The Guest), Sheila Vand (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night) and Jeremy Allen White ("Shameless").
Franco co-wrote the script with Joe Swanberg (Drinking Buddies, Happy Christmas).
