Following a slew of fun, vampiric cameos in the first season, we've learn that Mark Hamill will be making an appearance in the upcoming second season of FX's "What We Do in the Shadows!"
This week, Entertainment Weekly shared our first look at the Star Wars icon, who will play an ancient vampire in the season's sixth episode "On the Run," which will premiere on FX on Wednesday night, May 13th, 2020.
The site describes Hamill's character as "a vengeful enemy from Laszlo’s (Matt Berry) past who appears without warning to settle a personal debt."
Hamill also told EW that Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement’s brilliant movie upon which the series is based is one of his favorite movies, and that he also really enjoys the television series. Coincidentally, THR also broke the news this week that Waititi will be directing a new Star Wars film!
