Rob Zombie's fresh take on The Munsters has just wrapped filming in Hungary this week, and while we wait for the film's arrival this fall, NECA has just revealed some new toys based on Zombie's "faithfully reimagined" characters.
NECA announced, "Have fun with these little Munster Monsters! From Rob Zombie’s The Munsters, this "little big head" tribute set includes Herman, Lily, and The Count, each measuring between 5 and 6 inches tall. Comes in window box packaging that is an homage to the classic 1960s toy appearances."
The set is currently up for pre-order through various online retailers and is expected to arrive this October, around the same time we suspect Rob Zombie's new film will be released.
An official trailer and release date for The Munsters should be announced in the coming months, so stay tuned for that!
Zombie's film stars Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster, Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster and Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa.
