While it's not a full blown creature feature, Lionsgate's upcoming action-thriller does hail from Silent Hill: Revelations and "Ash vs. Evil Dead" director M.J. Bassett, and it appears to have some horror-esque elements throughout.
The Megan Fox (Jennifer's Body) starring film will be released on Digital and On Demand August 28th, followed by Blu-ray and DVD on September 1st.

Philip Winchester (Flyboys, Solomon Kane), Calli Taylor (The Courier), Jessica Sutton (Escape Room) and Lee-Anne Liebenberg (Doomsday) also star.
The film has been rated "R" for "Strong violence, bloody images and language throughout."
