Following its premiere at the Fantasia Film Festival, Saban Films will enter the House of Darkness, and have today released a new trailer for the film, which is said to be a "reimagining of Bram Stoker's timeless tale," Dracula.
The "seductive thriller" from writer/director Neil LaBute's (The Wicker Man) arrives in select theaters on September 9th, followed by an On Demand and Digital release on September 13th.
In the film, "Driving home to her secluded estate after meeting at a local bar, a player out to score thinks his beautiful, mysterious date will be another casual hook-up. While getting acquainted, their flirtation turns playful, sexy and sinister. Hoping to get lucky, his luck may have just run out."
House of Darkness stars Justin Long (Tusk, Drag Me to Hell, Jeepers Creepers), Kate Bosworth (Black Rock, Before I Wake), Gia Crovatin and Lucy Walters.
