Before Black Christmas, A Christmas Story and Porky's, Bob Clark directed the 1972 low-budget zombie film Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things, which has since gone on to claim cult classic status among horror fans.
In addition to its creepy atmosphere and effective special effects, the film features a fantastic score by Carl Zittrer (Black Christmas, Prom Night), which is now set to receive its first-ever LP release this month, thanks to the folks over at Terror Vision!
Terror Vision details, "Carl Zittrer did a killer job on this release combining SFX, dialogue, original master tape cues and a few new compositions with Paul Zaza. The end result is pretty incredible and we are thrilled to be releasing it later this month."
The Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things vinyl release comes in gatefold packaging with full-color inner sleeve and album artwork/layout by Earl Kess.
A limited edition bundle is also available, which includes the LP, a shirt, the soundtrack on cassette, a poster and more. The bundles are limited to 100.
