One of the films set to have its UK premiere at next month's all-digital edition of FrightFest is Marcel Walz's (Blood Feast, Rootwood) Blind, a film that we here at CryptTeaze have mass amounts of love for, and today we've gotten our hands on a new trailer and artwork for the stylish 2019 slasher!
We've also learned that Signature Entertainment will be giving the film an official UK release in November.
In Blind, "Faye (Sarah French), a former actress that lost her vision due to botched laser eye surgery, struggles to put her life back together while living alone in her dream house in the Hollywood Hills. Supported by her friend Sophia (Caroline Williams), she starts opening up to Luke (Tyler Gallant), a personal trainer who is mute and can only communicate through his cell phone. When a masked stranger named Pretty Boy (Jed Rowen) shows up, Faye will realize that she isn't as alone as she thinks."
In his review, Chase stated that, "Blind really nails the juxtaposition between beautiful imagery and gruesome violence, almost to the level of art."
Thomas Haley, Ben Kaplan, Michael St. Michaels and Jessica Galetti also star.
Walz directed the film from a script by Joe Knetter.
