Trailer Sends Out 'Distress Signals' Ahead of World Premiere at Popcorn Frights

Set to have its World Premiere at the Popcorn Frights Film Festival is the survival-thriller Distress Signals, which was written and directed by Terence Krey and Christine Nyland, the filmmaking team behind the hit Shudder Original An Unquiet Grave.

Ahead of the premiere, Unquiet Films has debuted the film's official trailer, which can be viewed below.

In Distress Signals, "When a fall down a steep rock face separates her from her friends, Caroline (Nyland) finds herself stranded. Now, alone and with a dislocated shoulder, she must make her way out of the woods — and contend with how she got there."

Jonathon Strauss, Stephanie Hains, Donna Maria Wood and Christian Nilsson also star.

Distress Signals will premiere as part of the festival's Virtual Program on Thursday, August 18th, and will be available to view online until Sunday, August 21st. You can pre-order your tickets today.
