Two 'Child's Play' Protagonists Will Reprise Their Roles in SYFY/USA's 'Chucky' TV Series

This fall, we are officially getting the Chucky television series on both SYFY and USA Network, and in case we didn't have enough reason to be excited, reports suggest that the show will get about 8 uses of "fuck" per episode. TV-MA ratings on network TV, babeyyyy.

Oh, and two more film series originals are returning, per a report from SYFY Wire.

Alex Vincent, Andy Barclay himself, arguably the cutest little kid in all of horror cinema, has been announced for the show. When we last saw Andy, he was smashing the shit out of a Good Guy doll in the 2017 return to form that was Cult of Chucky. Before that, he hadn't been seen in the films since Child's Play 2 in 1990, before being replaced by Justin Whalin in the third installment.

On the subject of the original trilogy of Child's Play, Christine Elise McCarthy, who also returned in Cult of Chucky after not being seen since the second film, will return as Kyle. She was in both the original and remake of Beverly Hills 90210, and she wrote the novel Bathing & The Single Girl, the film adaptation of which she also directed.

The two join Devon Sawa, Zackary Arthur, Ted Briones, Bjorgvin Arnarson, and Alyvia Alvin Lind, as well as franchise OGs Brad Dourif, Fiona Dourif, and Jennifer Tilly.
