'Where the Scary Things Are' Trailer - Teens Exploit an Urban Legend in Harrison Smith's New Horror


Where the Scary Things Are is the latest feature from writer-director Harrison Smith (Death House, Camp Dread), and it will be releasing later this month. But first, Lionsgate has provided us with the film's trailer to share with you. Check it out below!


From Lionsgate and Class of ’85 in association with Everything’s Fire and Hollywood Media Bridge, Where the Scary Things Are is coming to DVD, Digital and VOD June 28th, with a Blu-ray release to follow later this year.


"The horror begins as Ayla and her high-school friends discover a hideous, semi-human mutant. They keep it prisoner while shooting repulsive viral videos, but the gang’s hunger for "likes" drives them to film the beast performing murderous acts."


"When one boy sees that Ayla is using the monster’s gruesome violence to settle her own vendettas, he threatens to tell the authorities—but is he too late to save his friends?"


Where the Scary Things Are stars Paul Cottman, Michael Cervantes, Peter F.Cote, Quinn Andrew Fickes, Selina Flanscha, Oliver Givens, Emma Lim, Asher Ruppert and Riley Sullivan.


Producers include Chad Oliver, Douglas Henderson, Phillip B. Goldfine and Tom Van Herwarde. Executive producers are James T. Bruce IV, Binh Dang and Dale Winsor Tanguay.
